From Bridgwater take the A372 Westonzoyland Road and after approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Dunwear Lane. Continue on Dunwear Lane for approximately 1 mile, crossing the M5. Continue on River Lane and the land can be found in the hamlet of Dunwear situated on the right-hand side identified by a Tamlyns For Sale board and accessed off a stoned track.


The land is connected to mains water to a trough in the field, and has the benefit of mains electricity to some of the buildings.
