Chartered Rural Surveyor / Land Agent

Our Rural department is growing and we are looking for full time and/or part time Chartered Rural Surveyors and/or Land Agents who are looking to help achieve this growth through a demanding time for the Rural sector.

Based in the heart of Somerset just off of junctions 23 & 24 of the M5 motorway, Tamlyns Chartered Surveyors have over 140 years experience dealing with all things Agricultural.

About the role:

Working on a variety of predominately rural property matters such as

• Valuations
• BPS Entitlements & Environmental Stewardship Claims
• Compulsory Purchase & Compensation
• Farm Business Tenancies & other Agricultural Tenancy Matters
• Estate Management
• Land and Property Auctions

Requirements:

At this time, we are only accepting applications from qualified candidates.

• MRICS / FRICS qualification is essential
• CAAV qualification is desirable but can be supported
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• RICS Registered Valuer status is preferable, but qualification can be supported.
• A full, clean UK driving license is also essential.
• Drive, enthusiasm, and commitment
• Maintaining high professional standards is required.
